Rachel does carving commissions for nature trails, wildlife gardens, schools, parks, community spaces and private gardens. Commissions include nature markers, carved benches, rustic signs, totem poles, and other green woodwork.

Fishermans Walk
This commission for 8 nature markers reflects the wildlife found on the walk through the woods down to the sea in Southbourne, Dorset. The markers were made from locally sourced oak and gets its distinctive colour from the clay soil of the area.

Rachel chainsaw carved the throne and two benches from the giant walnut tree that was recently felled on the school grounds.

Hillfield Nature Trail
Rachel was commissioned by Dorset County Council to carve three animals representing the wildlife found in the area. Red cedar trees were cut to working height and the work was done in situ.
